Standard UK Delivery (all orders except Furniture)
All orders placed by 1pm, will be dispatched the next day (except for Furniture & large planters). Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked48 and delivered within 3-4 working days. Please note that orders will not be dispatched on days of Royal Mail strike, unless Express delivery was selected.
Express Delivery UK (all orders except Furniture)
With express delivery, DPD is used and any orders placed on the same day before 1 pm, will be delivered within 2 working days.
Furniture & Large Products (ex:- Side tables, Chest of Drawers, Large Planters)
Larger items will be dispatched with 2-3 days and delivered in 1-2 days after dispatch. DPD is used in all cases except for large chest of drawers and bar stools, where Tufnells will deliver the order.
International Orders
International orders may take longer than our Standard UK orders. Depending on the product, individual arrangements will be made with other carriers than Royal Mail. In most cases, the order arrives destination within 2 weeks.
